Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale products.

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse.

Return Process

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and address.

  3. Ship your item securely with tracking for verification.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
